 Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process.

* Standard U.S shipping is 5-8 days via USPS.

*  Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. If you do not see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam folder.

* We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages via mail carrier. If you shall encounter this you will have to us your tracking number to do a claim with USPS mail/ carriers. Please keep your tracking numbers until your package has been deliver. 

* Please be sure your shipping information is correct before placing an order as we are unable to retrieve packages once they have been shipped.

* We do not ship on holidays.

* PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET YOUR PACKAGES! Please be sure to keep up with shipping dates via email. Rebel Glam Hair holds No responsibility to lost or stolen, or damaged packages once that package has been scanned with USPS or mail carriers. In the event of lost or stolen or damaged products, please contact the mail carrier provided in your shipping email.

* Please keep in mind that when ordering hair products you will need to make sure you keep track of your shipping dates so that products don not sit outside in the sun. In extreme temperatures the consistency of product could be compromised. Please be sure to get your product as soon its been delivered. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

International Shipping

* All shipping rates are calculated by (USPS) United States Postal Services.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

* We are not responsible for ANY extra fees accumulated after we ship your

product. 

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I/Rebel Glam Hair is not responsible for delays due to customs.

* ANY ACCUMULATED FEES WILL BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER> (YOU)

Custom Orders

Please Note that all custom orders (wigs, formulas, etc) may take up to 14 days for production, before shipping as the demand is high for custom units. If you have an event within your 14 days of production and shipping, please look into purchasing a ready to ship unit instead.
